- Passport Copy.
- Sarary Certificate addressed to Amlak stating,
length of employment, current position, and
breakdown of the package.
- Last six months bank statements where salary
is credited.
- Liability letter from bank if any existing
borrowings.
- Copy of sales agreement (a record for the
apartment from MAG 218)
- A cheque for processing fees.
